Pisco is our flagship liquor and it is very versatile! I like to use it to flambé food, for some desserts, and of course, drink it! Today I bring you a post with two delicious drinks that you can make to satisfy the Peruvian in you: a classic Chilcano and finally a passion fruit Pisco Sour. Give them to me in a jar any day ;) ¡Viva el Perú!
Classic Chilcano (1 glass)
Ingredients
80ml Peruvian Pisco
Juice of half a lemon
Lemon slices
Ice
Ginger Ale soda
This one is so easy but it's soooo yummy! Just mix everything together and fill the glass with ginger ale and lemon 🙂
Passion Fruit Pisco Sour
Ingredients
150ml Peruvian Pisco
70g sugar or sugar cane syrup
1/3 egg white
6 ice cubes
50ml passion fruit juice (ideally fresh)
This is a different version of the lemon pisco sour that is super rich and sweet 🙂 I love it! Put everything in the blender until the ice is completely broken and that's it! To enjoy.
