Apple pancakes are the perfect dessert after any main course! You can enhance them with powdered sugar or a sugar and cinnamon mixture. A simple dish that anyone can make. Just follow the easy steps, you've whipped up a super dessert in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
250 g Flour
80 g Sugar
1 pinch salt
3 eggs
200 ml Milk
100 ml Sparkling mineral water
2 apples
a little neutral oil
Instructions:
Sieve the flour into a bowl, add the salt, sugar, eggs and milk and mix. At the end, stir in the mineral water and set the bowl aside.
Peel and core the apples, cut into eighths and slice crosswise. Then stir the apples into the dough.
Heat the oil, pour in a ladle of batter and fry until golden brown. Turn the pancake over and fry the other side until golden brown and keep warm. Continue to do this with the remaining batter until it is completely used up.
Sprinkle the pancakes with icing sugar or a sugar and cinnamon mixture to taste.
